The Brooks Adrenaline GTS 20 for women are running shoes for overachievers. 

One of the most popular anti-pronation shoes has received some smaller updates. One of those updates has resulted in the shoes becoming slightly lighter in weight. The offset has remained the same, with a 12mm drop for both women and men. The lighter weight is due to the Engineered Mesh upper. The decorations shown on the GTS 19 have been omitted on the GTS 20. This makes the upper more stretchy and gives the feet more freedom of movement. At the forefoot a little more space has been created. This way the upper encloses the feet without pinching them. The soft heel collar provides comfort and support.

 

The midsole consists of a combination of BioMoGo material and DNA LOFT. The DNA LOFT can be found at the heel. This ensures a soft landing and effective shock absorption. The BioMoGo material can be found along the entire length of the foot. This responsive cushioning material gives energy back with every step. The GuideRails technology from the Adrenaline GTS 19 has been taken to the Adrenaline GTS 20. This technology provides support and stability for the knees when you get tired. It guides your feet as you walk. So you get the support you need when your body demands it. The way the GuideRails have been added to the shoes has been slightly improved, making handling even smoother.
