Smoother running
The cushioning in the midsole of the Ghost 14 consists entirely of DNA Loft material. Previous versions only partially used DNA Loft material. Full DNA Loft provides extra comfort and ensures a smoother stride. Strategically placed grooves in the sole are deeply cut grooves which give the Ghost 14 a natural and smooth gait.

Sturdy and comfortable
As in the previous model, the upper is made of a seamless Engineered Air Mesh. The mesh material wraps smoothly around the foot and provides a nice combination of stretch and strength. The seamless material on the inside of the upper keeps the Ghost 14 comfortable while running. Strategically placed overlays will allow the shoe to better surround the midfoot. The collar of the shoe is soft, just like in previous versions, to increase comfort.
