Uneven grounds, altitude change: trail runs are events which require an irreproachable physical condition as well as a perfect nutrition strategy.

It is unrealistic to think that you can succeed such an event only with your energys. Without an appropriate diet you are sure to hit the wall.

The OVERSTIM.s TRAIL PACK includes all the products you need for your trail run:

On the 3 days before the event, drink the carbo-loading drink Antioxidant Malto.
Before the start, eat Gatosport energy cake, a solid energetic basis.
Just before the start, take a liquid Antioxidant Gel,
Ensure a regular hydration and rapidly rebuild glucose stores with the sports drink Long distance Hydrixir in stick form (easy to carry / practical to use),
Take your liquid energy gels at regular intervals throughout your trail, around one tube every 45 minutes to an hour. Try to keep the Liquid Coup de Fouet and Liquid Red Tonic Sprint Air tubes for difficult patches or for the end.
Eat Amelix bars punctually during the trail.
Trail pack content: 1 box of Antioxidant Malto 500g, 1 box of Gatosport 400g, 6 Long distance Hydrixir sticks, 2 Liquid Antioxidant Gels, 2 Liquid Energix, 1 Liquid Coup de fouet, 1 Liquid Red Tonic Sprint Air, 4 Amelix bars and 1 soft flask 500 ml.

Voorbereiding:

Meng de inhoud van de bus Gatosport met 1/4 liter water, mix alles door elkaar en giet dit beslag in een bakvorm van 25 cm doorsnede. In de oven bakken gedurende 30 tot 40 minuten op 180/200°C.
Gatosport kan tot 3 dagen voor gebruik worden bereid en worden bewaard in vershoudfolie. De niet-gebruikte porties kunnen na het bakken worden ingevroren (een ontdooid product niet opnieuw invriezen).
Gebruik:

Gatosport dient alleen te worden genuttigd, eventueel samen met water, thee of koffie.
Eet langzaam 1/3 tot 1/2 Gatosport cake en eindig 1 uur voor aanvang van de wedstrijd.
Kan tussen 2 wedstrijden door op dezelfde dag worden genuttigd.
Om optimaal te profiteren van de werking, dient u er geen andere voeding bij te nuttigen.
